To ensure direct, timely, and effective communication regarding future infrastructure and security updates, Webdox requests that each company register the individuals responsible for IT and Information Security.
This registration allows us to:
Notify you in advance about technical or infrastructure changes that may impact your operations.
Coordinate security actions quickly with the right contacts within your organization.
Ensure operational continuity of your contract management processes in Webdox.
Who should register?
The following roles within your company should be registered:
IT Manager / Head of Information Technology
Information Security Officer (CISO, Security Manager, etc.)
Systems or Infrastructure Administrator
How to complete the registration

Fill in the details of the IT and Security representative(s) at your company.
Submit the form. You will receive a confirmation once your registration has been processed.
Note: If your company has more than one person responsible for these areas, we recommend registering all relevant contacts to ensure uninterrupted communication.
