To grant differentiated access to documents in the repository, you must follow the following instructions:

  1. Go to the main menu of the platform on the left side and click on settings.

  2. In the documents section click on Permanent Connections.

  3. Click New located in the upper right.

  4. Choose the name of the permanent connection.

  5. Assign the users or profiles that will have access to said permanent connection.

  6. Assign the action permissions that users will have in this permanent connection. (This only applies to users with a Contributor profile).

  7. In the filter box, you must assign the attribute of the documents that you want to include for viewing.

  8. Optionally you can assign attributes of the documents that you want to exclude from viewing.

  9. Click Create Permanent Connection.
