To create folder levels you must follow the following instructions:

  1. Go to the main menu of the platform on the left side and click on settings.

  2. In the Client Management section, click on folder levels.

  3. Once inside the folder level menu, go to the upper right corner and click "New."

  4. Complete the fields that the system asks you to configure the folder level (name of the level, linked users and order of the folders based on the configured attributes).

  5. Click on Create and you will have the new folder level available within the platform.
