To eliminate signers in the electronic signature step and modify data in an active process, you must follow the following instructions:
Go to the main menu of the platform on the left side and click Workflows.
Find and select the process in which you want to remove or modify the signers.
In the menu of the electronic signature step of a workflow or process, click on signers.
Find the signer you want to delete and click the trash icon.
If you want to edit the information of any of the signers, click on the pencil that appears in the signer section and modify the details.
The changes will be saved in the step, if a signer was eliminated, they will not be able to view the document for signature.
Note: You must bear in mind that you can make changes to the signers as long as you have not signed the document. In case the signers you want to delete have already signed the document, you must cancel the signing ceremony and send the document again.
