Guide for Document Negotiation

Negotiations allow for the co-creation of contracts, ensuring the agreement of both parties transparently and recording all interactions for greater clarity.

Access to Collaboration:

  • From your dashboard on the collaboration portal, select View Details in the contract negotiation collaboration.

Document Management:

  • Explore the documents associated with the negotiation, viewing and downloading background and negotiable documents.

  • Record approvals or upload new versions with changes in the negotiable documents.

Tracking the Negotiation:

  • Access the status of the negotiation to see who has approved the negotiable documents and who is missing.

  • Consult the activity history to review all relevant actions, such as views, approvals, or new versions.

Approvals and New Versions:

  • Take advantage of the option to approve documents with one click, automatically notifying the counterpart.

  • If you are not fully in agreement, upload a new version with the proposed changes, restarting the notifications.

Closing the Negotiation:

  • Once both parties agree, the counterpart's responsible will end the negotiation.

  • All participants will be notified by email and will be able to access the details of the negotiation from the collaboration portal.

Transparent Communication: Use the collaboration chat for effective communication during the negotiation process.
